Centifugal Pump Test Rig – Closed Circuit

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:
• A mono block Centrifugal pump (39mm inlet X 39mm outlet), Kirloskar make, Connected to a 1.5HP, 2880 Rpm, AC single phase motor (Kirloskar/Crompton Make).
DOL starter (L& T make) will be provided to start the Motor.
• Flow Measurement: pressure Gauges & vacuum gauge
• Energy meter will be provided (Bentex/ Equivalent ISI make) To measure the power input
to the motor.
• A Digital tachometer: provided to measure the RPM.
• Water will be flowing through GI ‘C’ class pipeline
• A Measuring tank of Approximately 40-50 ltrs capacity made up of stainless steel.
• Glass tube with Scale to measure the water level (Piezometer)
• A Sump tank of Approximately 120-160 ltrs capacity made up of stainless steel.
• All Fittings of ‘C’ class ISI quality.
• Valves used for the control of water are of best make.
• Drain valve from measuring tank to sump tank is made of PVC of ISI quality.
• The whole unit is mounted on a strong mild steel frame.
• The whole unit is Powder quoted to get elegant look & Long life.
